ADP: Hey Thandeka, what art world advice would you give to your younger self?
TM: Just heard this advice today, and I thought it was very profound. And it's something I wish I'd heard earlier in my career so that I could move with intention. Have a 20-year plan for yourself and a 50-year plan for your practice. In that way, the decisions you make continuously feed into your plan.

Through media including sound collection, film, social objects, and performance, her design methods provoke alternate ways in which space is derived, instructed, and appropriated through performance procedures.
